• All consultations must be booked through our online store
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
• We accept all those as stipulated in the Shopping Cart
• Alternatively, an Invoice may be requested by contacting us. (store@civilrg.com.au)

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made before the scheduled delivery of purchase will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made after the purchase has started will not be refundable at that time or thereafter
