Once you accept the Quote, the recruitment process begins, and the team will follow a structured workflow to ensure a smooth and efficient placement.
- Request Form: Fill out the form to receive a Quote for Placement and expected placement time.
- Job Description: CivilRG prepares a detailed job description, possibly asking additional questions to fully understand the position.
- Marketing Strategy: They review their database and may go to the open market, creating Expressions of Interest while keeping the client anonymous.
- Screening: CivilRG conducts the screening process, ensuring interviewers have held the role themselves to ask the right questions and find the best match.
- Client Interviews: Only the most suitable candidates are recommended for client interviews, with personalized resumes and interview minutes provided.
- Client Decision: Once the client decides on successful candidates, CivilRG invoices as per the Quote, with an upfront payment and a follow-up payment after 30 days if the placement is successful.
